Here are some answers to frequently asked questions. If you can’t find the answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Choosing and booking your vacation rental
How do I check the availability of a rental?
Choose your location and enter your dates. You’ll see the availability and the rental price. The platform is designed for stays of at least 7 days. For other durations, please contact us.
Will there be any additional charges?
All charges are included: electricity, WIFI box, city water, Jacuzzi access and heating in season. Bed linen and towels are provided. Exit cleaning is also included.
Are there any cleaning charges?
No. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant during the rental period. Cleaning products are available free of charge. Cleaning on departure is included in the rental price.
Is there a cot available?
Yes. A cot and high chair are available on site.
Will I receive a rental contract?
Yes, the rental contract is sent to you as soon as you book on the platform. You’ll need to accept and sign it. As soon as we receive it, we’ll sign it and send it back to you.
What is the cancellation policy?
The nature of the contract binds both parties irrevocably. If you wish to renounce the rental, you remain liable for the fulĺ of the rent. Should this happen, please contact us and we’ll work out a solution together.
Do I need insurance?
Generally speaking, the civil liability insurance in your home insurance policy includes coverage for your stay in vacation rentals.
Are pets allowed?
Animals are, of course, our friends. But in the interests of hygiene, we have chosen not to welcome them.
Pay for your stay
Can I pay online?
Yes. Use the booking engine to make your reservation. You will have to pay 25% of the rental amount. The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay on the platform (one-shot pay) or contact us to reserve the dates you want and then pay by bank transfer or cheque.
Can I change the payment date for the balance of my reservation?
Yes. In this case, you will need to contact us by phone or email beforehand.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is 650 euros for Maison Inès and 450 euros for La Magnanerie.
Your vacation rental and arrival
Where and at what time should I collect the keys to the rental property?
We have chosen to let you arrive at the time of your choice on the first day, via a separate entrance. You’ll pick up your keys in a code-operated key box in front of the bastide. The code will be sent to you with your welcome pack (in electronic form) a few days before your arrival.
Who do I pay the tourist tax to?
Tourist taxes are payable on the last day. We then pass them on to the Gorges de l’Ardèche community of communes.
Organize your stay
When are the documents relating to my stay sent?
Your welcome pack will be sent to you by email as soon as the rental balance has been paid.

You’ll find all the information you need to contact us by email above. We’ll be delighted to advise you on your choice of cultural and sporting outings.
